Qualified Governance Assessment

We recommend organizations conduct a periodic independent due diligence review of the fiduciary and operational procedures of their 401(k) plan to determine and document its current state. This due diligence review should assess plan governance and compliance functions, plan investments, plan provider fees and services, and plan communications and disclosures.

The due diligence review identifies areas within the plan that may need further attention and support or confirms effective management for the plan’s fiduciary file.
